🪨 Science Gallery Berlin at Technische Universität Berlin presents ‘Pulling Blood from a Stone’ by artist-in-residence Niamh Schmidtke, a new multimedia installation exploring our understanding of minerals beyond their role as technological objects.

Schmidtke’s work is the result of an 18-month interdisciplinary dialogue with Dr. R. Johannes Giebel, geologist and custodian of the Mineral Collections at TU Berlin.

This exhibition is the third edition of the residency program EARTH WATER SKY curated by Ariane Koek and funded by the Didier and Martine Primat Foundation.

📢 Science Gallery Monterrey is calling for proposals for "Brave New Future", their inaugural exhibition that will open in September 2024!

They invite artists, researchers, activists, and students to submit existing artworks in any medium and research projects that engage with both artistic and scientific modes of creation and that open up provocative discussions about how to think about the future and what it might look like.

Science Gallery Monterrey is the new platform of Tecnológico de Monterrey, which will be housed in the Expedition Building, part of Tec's emerging Innovation District.
