Big thanks to Grand Master John Jacob for conducting an enjoyable Black Belt Seminar today. All patterns were covered in great detail with GM Jacob giving explanations for each movement and correcting any mistakes. Master Stephen Doyle went through sparring for black belts and some advanced self defence. Big thank you to Master Floyd Keane for hosting the event and going through advanced jumping kicks for breaking.
We look forward to seeing everyone in the same venue for the IIC/ITS with Grand Master Barrett 3-4th October
