Parentline is a free and completely confidential helpline for parents and guardians.We offer support, guidance and information on all aspects of being a parent. Sometimes, all you could need is a friendly ear, on other occasions, perhaps, a referral to another specialist.All Parentline facilitators receive extensive training before going on the lines. They are never judgmental, and welcome calls a
bout any parenting issue – a problem which seems trivial at an early stage can easily develop into a more serious issue for both parent and child if unaddressed. There’s no typical call; from new born babies, to toddlers, teenagers and young adults - all ages offer different challenges.
