🆕Registration is open for our Employment Skills Programme!

Finding work in a new country can be challenging-from navigating the job search to understanding how workplaces operate in Ireland.

Our Employment Skills Programme offers people from a refugee background with permission to work practical support and guidance to navigate their job search and understand workplace culture in Ireland.

Starting 🗓Tuesday, 8 September at ⏰11am, this four-week programme takes place in person in Dublin every Tuesday.

Participants who complete the programme will receive a certificate of attendance.📜

🆕Know Your Rights 2026: Applications Open Now!

We know that for people seeking international protection, navigating unfamiliar legal and public systems can be challenging. Understanding your rights can make it easier to navigate life and integrate in Ireland.

Our free Know Your Rights 2026 programme, delivered with DLA Piper, provides practical information on legal rights, employment, healthcare and accessing services.

Participants who complete the programme will also be considered for a six-month paid placement with Deloitte’s Aspire programme.

They organised airport pickups, signed kids up for swimming lessons, and sat with someone through their first doctor's appointment. They didn't have special skills. They had a bit of time and a group of people willing to show up.
