This year for our Better Out Than In campaign we're focusing on starting the conversation, because speaking aloud can help you understand your thoughts and feelings more clearly.

Here's a look back at some of what we've been up to lately!

🌈 We brought a group of 5 young people to the annual Pride Youth Games, which took place in Lancaster. Pride Youth Games offers LGBTQ+ young people an opportunity to get together, have fun, find a community and experience sport in a safe and inclusive environment. Some LGBTQ+ young people may have previously suffered negative experiences when taking part in sports, so it is always one of the highlights of our year.
🌈 Belong To staff and volunteers were delighted to join Amach LGBT Galway and LGBT Youth - shOUT! Galway at a sunny Galway Pride on Saturday with a great turn out of support in the west!
🌈 Edel (she/her) attended the YAP Ireland Ireland national event in Croke Park, all about encouraging young people to speak up and use their voices.
🌈 One of our wonderful youth engagement volunteers, Anna, attended World Pride in Amsterdam and brough a Belong To t-shirt along to represent our work!
🌈 We've had another fantastic week of the summer project with some great outings and activities including laser tag, adventure rooms, and sewing workshops!
