Today is a special day for Daniel and Victoria as they receive the keys to their new Cost Rental home in Folkstown Park, Balbriggan.

Cost Rental is a not-for-profit rental model, with rents set at least 25% below local market rates. Eligibility criteria apply.

Furzefield is a new collection of beautiful family homes in the heart of Swords, County Dublin. Furzefield embodies modern, stylish living in the friendly surroundings of Swords - a warm, welcoming and well-established area famed for its sense of community.

☕💛 We were delighted to support Age Action's Time for Tea initiative as part of Positive Ageing Week, with residents coming together to enjoy tea, treats and great company.

Residents and staff at Elderberry and Springville House in Cork enjoyed special coffee mornings filled with conversation, laughter and connection. We also delivered Time for Tea packs to a number of other schemes, helping residents host their own gatherings and take part in the celebrations.

A simple cup of tea can go a long way in bringing people together, and it was wonderful to see residents connecting with neighbours, sharing stories and enjoying time together.
