🛝International Day of Play: Protect play, protect childhood

⭐Play is much more than something children do. It is their right, protected by the United Nations convention of the Rights of the Child.

⭐Play supports children’s health, wellbeing and development, building self-confidence and self-reliance and helps to unlock their full potential.

⭐Sadly, not all children can play, children in conflict zones, children affected by humanitarian crisis’s, children living in poverty, children with disabilities and children in marginalised groups do not have the same freedom to play as many other children.
