Update from Dublin City Council – site surveys/site investigation works

Dublin City Council have confirmed that contractors will be carrying out site surveys on the Dolphin Park/Phase 1c site, the empty 2nd block and the remainder of the estate over the next four weeks.

This will include a topographic survey, UAV (drone) survey, a building survey and a utility survey. These surveys will be non-intrusive and should not cause any disruptions to the residents.
The surveys will be carried out by Murphy Geospatial.

Site investigations will take place on the Dolphin Park/Phase 1c from next week; this will include some heavy plant machinery, digging of trial pits and boreholes. The contractors will be onsite for 4-5 weeks.
