The KickStart Kitchen Chef Training is a two month module consisting of a 6 week intense course followed by a one week work placement. After the placement the trainees come back to us and our Head Chef - and their tutor - Chef Ciaran Crawford - and together they run a pop up restaurant where they can test out everything they learned, and we can treat you to a special night out featuring loads of different foods and of course some wine, Whiplash beers / pale ale, maybe even some sweet art for sale in the mix also as we're SumGood and that's what we dooo.
All in all it's going to be a great night full of lovely food and sound people, and a night that acts as a spring board for our trainees to start their new career...
