Our next session is title Mind, Emotions & Inner Peace – The Bhagavad Gita explains that the mind can become either our greatest friend or our greatest enemy. In this session, we’ll explore practical insights from the Bhagavad Gita on the nature of the mind, emotions, and consciousness.
We’ll also introduce accessible mantra meditation practices — a powerful tool from the bhakti tradition that helps quiet the mind, centre the heart, and reconnect us with a deeper sense of peace and purpose.
