The Family Support Group is back up and running in Tallaght. It will be in the last Wednesday of every month from 10.30pm to 12.00pm in Rua Red You don't have to be a member of Family Carers Ireland to go along. The support group allows carer to come together to share their lived experience.

Well done to Audrey Brown who worked with Family Carers Ireland this week to give a group of carers a morning of selfcare and a safe space to talk. Audrey is a carer herself for her lovely boy Ashton so knows first hand the daily struggles and challenges that they all face but more importantly she knows that carers all need to look after themselves
