🩷 Things You Don’t Need to Apologise For 🩷
How often do we say “sorry” for simply looking after ourselves?
You don’t need to apologise for setting boundaries.
You don’t need to apologise for saying no.
You don’t need to apologise for asking for help.
You don’t need to apologise for taking time for yourself.
You don’t need to apologise for your imperfections.
You don’t need to apologise for choosing yourself.
And you certainly don’t need to apologise for being YOU. 🌸
Looking after yourself, recognising your limits and asking for support when you need it are nothing to feel guilty about.
We can sometimes give so much kindness and understanding to everyone around us while forgetting that we deserve that same kindness too. 🫶🏻
So today, give yourself permission to put your wellbeing first — without the apology. ❤️
