We are working to create an Ireland where every young person’s mental health is valued and supported. We know life has ups and downs, and we all go through difficult times. Jigsaw Galway is here to provide information, non-judgemental listening and supportive guidance to young people. Young people can text, email, call and visit our website to arrange an appointment with one of our staff in our ce
ntre here in the city. If they can't come into the service in Galway City, we can meet them in a place where they feel comfortable and safe. We have a variety of professionals available such as Support Workers, Nurse, Doctor, and After-care Workers. If a young person needs further or different supports, we will work to ensure that they are linked in with other services. Jigsaw Galway has a Youth Panel, with members from a variety of backgrounds, which plays a hugely influential role in creating and maintaining a service that is open, youth-friendly and youth-focused.
