Order of Malta Ireland Founded in 1938, Order of Malta Ireland is a voluntary organisation serving communities and reaching out to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged.

The Order of Malta Ireland is part of an International Organisation working in over 120 countries, with a heritage stretching all the way back to the Knights Hospitallers who were brought to Ireland in 1174 whose mission was to 'serve the sick and the poor'. In 1934 the Irish Association or the Order of Malta Ireland was established and four years later in Galway in 1938, we launched the first

Order of Malta Ambulance Corps providing first aid, ambulance and casualty services to the local community.

We know many of our are eagerly getting their results from 10am today. Wishing you all the best of luck and we in your Order of Malta family are very proud of you!

Getting this far is a HUGE achievement in itself, many of your school years were impacted by COVID lockdowns and disruption so you should be very, very proud of yourself no matter what your results are!

Remember, these results are just a snapshot in time and if you didn't get what you expected or wanted there are lots of options from appeals to apprenticeships, work or a different course. Talk to your teachers, parents/guardians, and friends about any worries you have!

As part of the project to digitise our archive of photos, books, papers, and other important historical documents we are running an open day at out headquarters - St John's House, 32 Clyde Rd, Ballsbridge, D04 V963 (around the corner from the American Embassy).

The event, hosted today until 1pm, will include short presentations about the Order of Malta in Ireland at 10:15, 11:15, and 12:15 and visitors will be able to view an exhibit of some of the amazing items that have been uncovered during this project.

Update from the Day 5 and 6 at in Spain. On Day 5 🇮🇪 enjoyed some equine therapy, a trip to a winery to enjoy some wine and coffee, time in the pool and a trip to a theme park and even meeting some members of the Spanish Army!

That evening it was another international night kicking off with Flamenco dancing and an Ibiza night dressing in white!

For Day 6 and the team travelled part of the Camino to Pamplona enjoying a light lunch at the end! The evening finished with a gala dinner that was slightly disrupted by the rain but still an amazing time was had by all!
