What Is 1,000 Waves – Hands of the City?
This is a shared community art project.
It is not something you watch.
It is something you take part in.
People from many backgrounds come together. Each person adds their hand to a large artwork.
Every hand is different.
Every hand belongs.

Why Participation Matters

Many of us live in the same city,
but we don’t always feel connected.
This project helps move us:
from being side by side
to feeling we belong together
When you take part:
you are seen
you are included
you become part of something shared
Belonging grows when people do things together.

Tickets Available here:

Uniting the city through the power of many hands - join us and lend your wave to the project!
