We’re delighted to share that LauraLynn has launched our Compassionate Workplace Programme for all staff.

This one-day compassionate leadership training began last week o and will continue to run monthly over the coming months, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to take part.

Focused on strengthening and nurturing our culture, this programme supports us all in building a workplace rooted in compassion, for each other and for those we care for every day.💙

These days are such a great opportunity for our children and families to come together and take part in fun activities together. They also give parents a chance to relax, take a well-deserved break, and connect with other families who use LauraLynn services 💙
