We were honoured to welcome the President of Ireland Catherine Connolly and Mayor of SDCC Pamela Kearns to Clondalkin Equine Club on what was a truly memorable day. Your presence meant a great deal to everyone involved and provided a wonderful opportunity to showcase the incredible community work that the club is proud to offer for the young people of the Clondalkin area and what an incredible project we have to showcase.

A heartfelt thank you is extended to Shane Lynch for his exceptional copper art piece, which was proudly presented to President Catherine Connolly. The craftsmanship and thought behind this gift made it a fitting tribute to mark such a special occasion.

We would also like to sincerely thank all our members and their families whose time, effort, and continued support ensured the success of the day. Your dedication, hard work, and strong sense of community are what make events like this possible.

It was a fantastic occasion for Clondalkin Equine Club, highlighting the positive impact of the club within the community, and we look forward to many more opportunities to come together and build on this important work.

Thank You
Clondalkin Equine Club

💔 Please Don’t Feed Horses That Aren’t Yours 💔
We know you mean well. You want to be kind. You want to give a treat.
But that small, loving gesture could end a life.
Horses have incredibly delicate digestive systems. A single apple, carrot, or handful of grass — given at the wrong time or to the wrong horse — can cause colic, laminitis, or choking. Some horses are on strict medical diets. Some are fighting invisible illnesses. And some won’t survive “just one treat.”
Imagine losing a beloved horse because someone thought they were being kind.
If the horse isn’t yours, please don’t feed it.
Please don’t reach over fences.
Please don’t assume it’s safe.
The kindest thing you can do is admire them, take a photo, and walk away.
Please share this — it could save a life
