Chifundo Foundation Founded in 2007, Chifundo is dedicated to the education of some of the most underprivileged children in the villages of Zomba, Malawi.

Chifundo is now committed to the continuous education of these children to secondary and vocational levels and beyond.

We're looking for volunteers for our Summer School and this little video will answer some of your questions.

📨 We're looking for volunteers to join us for our Summer School in Malawi this Summer.

Email us at [email protected] telling us why you're ready to make a difference in the lives of some of the world's most inspirational children.

📆 If you're free from the 27th July to the 21st August, ideally have a teaching background (but not essential), then we want to hear from you.

Thank you to everyone in for all their support this year! 👏

In December, the Y7-8 class delegates organised their annual bake sale for Chifundo, and raised a total of £598!

It was a very festive (and delicious) event, we’re really grateful to each of them ☺️☺️

A wonderful evening was had on Saturday in Durrow, Co.Laois, where Pat & Chloe Walshe held a magical Christmas dinner party for friends and family in aid of Chifundo Foundation 🇲🇼

In lieu of any house/host gifts, guests were asked instead to make a donation to Chifundo Foundation, with Chloe promising guests that the money would be better spent providing for the educational needs of our Chifundo children in Malawi.

A wonderful evening was had by all, and we'd like to give a massive thanks to all who donated, especially those who were unable to attend but still made certain to contribute to our worthy cause.

🇲🇼 When you see the Campus filled with joy, it's easy to forget where these children come from.

Jessica, and her friends and family took part in the local community field day where she sold cakes, plants and bric-a-brac.

They raised an incredible €627 for the Chifundo Foundation!

Pauline, her husband, and two children organised a honey sale at their school

The honey is made on their school rooftop. The sale was held at the school to raise awareness amongst parents of the work Chifundo is doing.
