At the Archways Board Meeting held on the 23rd June last, Debby Chinonye Kluczeko was appointed as our newest Board Member.
Debbyβs areas of expertise are: Diversity and Inclusion, Social Justice and Non-Profit Management.
Debby is a systemic psychotherapist, educator, and consultant with a strong background in safeguarding governance, organisational development, and service quality within child, family, and community settings. She has held senior responsibilities in HIQA regulated services, contributing to strategic oversight, policy implementation, and the development of culturally responsive practice across multidisciplinary teams.
Debby is currently a sessional student counsellor at Trinity College Dublin and a consultant with the Clanwilliam Institute. She also runs her own practice, DeeSpace Psychotherapy & Consultancy Services. Her work includes clinical sessions, group work, EDI training, organisational consulting, and supporting practitioner wellbeing.
Debby is committed to social justice, equity, inclusion, and ethical service delivery.
She holds an MSc in Systemic Family Psychotherapy, an MSc in Rights and Social Policy, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and Management. Debby is also completing a Post Graduate Clinical Supervision Training Programme.
