PLEASE JOIN US for the annual DERBY FINAL PROTEST AGAINST GREYHOUND RACING for TWO HOURS 5.15-7.15pm, Saturday 27th September at Shelbourne Park Stadium, South Lotts Road Dublin, D04 W5C3.

It’s the final of the BoyleSports Derby 2025, the big night out for the cruel greyhound racing industry.

202 dogs died on Irish racing tracks in 2024, the highest number since recording of the numbers began in 2014. This averages at 4 dogs dying every week. The figures for 2025 look to be just as bad.

Scotland, Wales, New Zealand and Tasmania all plan to ban greyhound racing soon, while leading Irish animal welfare charities have called for a phased ban here.

But the Irish Government continues to keep this declining industry going with handouts of our Exchequer funds, with €19.82 million for 2025, to a total since 2001 of €366.98 million. Funding that is against the wishes of the majority of the Irish public as independent polls repeatedly show.

We already know a 2-year old greyhound called Toolmaker Josepe was killed in the Derby heats on 29th August this year. Please be a voice for the dogs with us on Derby Final Night.

DATE: Saturday 27th September 2025.
TIME: 5.15 - 7.15 pm
PLACE: Outside Shelbourne Park Stadium, South Lotts Road Dublin, D04 W5C3

END GREYHOUND RACING IN IRELAND!

A record number of greyhounds were euthanised following injuries sustained at track races in Ireland last year.
