La Leche League (LLL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women breastfeed their babies. Meetings include an informal discussion and time to share questions or concerns. Being in touch with LLL can provide a network of support and an opportunity to learn about the benefits and joys of breastfeeding from other mothers. Breastfeeding is a simple and natural process, but you may need support and information on the correct positioning of the baby at the breast, working and breastfeeding, avoiding problems and overcoming any difficulties.
