Thrilled to welcome William Yon as a juror for 2026 Europe 40under40,
Principal at Gensler, the world’s leading design and architecture firm!

Since joining in 2019 to launch the Paris office, he's grown it into a 70+ powerhouse delivering full-spectrum architectural services. Trained as an engineer-architect at École Polytechnique, École des Ponts ParisTech, and ENSA Marne-la-Vallée, he brings expertise from Dominique Perrault Architecture and Meridiam—mastering iconic builds, public-private policies, and heritage as active design tools.

Award-winning in adaptive reuse and transformation, he's Co-Chair of ULI France's Office & Mixed-Use Council and Vice-President of X-Ponts-Pierre, ranked among France's top 100 under-40 real estate leaders by Choiseul Institute.

🌟 Meet Olivia Argentini, esteemed juror for 2026 Europe 40under40 Awards!

Office Director at ARCHEA BRASIL, this Italian-Brazilian architect shaped her career in Europe: Bachelor's and Master's in Architecture from Università di Roma Tre, plus an exchange at École d’Architecture de Marne-la-Vallée in Paris. A Project Management specialist from Poli-USP, she's led Archea Brasil since 2019.

Fluent in four languages and a sustainability champion, Olivia serves on the Green Building Council Brasil board, driving innovative, responsible practices in construction.

📣NEW deadline: December 15th, 2025
and eforarchitecture are organizing the Europe 40 Under 40® Awards for 2025 - 2026 and inviting young European professionals to take part in this innovative awards program that spotlights the next generation of up-and-coming European architect & design practitioners.

The program is open to architects, landscape architects, interior designers, urban planners, and industrial designers up to the age of 40.

The aim is to highlight talented professionals whose innovative practices are at the leading edge of developments in the field of architecture. We are looking for young leaders/professionals who, either individually or as part of a team, have undertaken and completed successful projects that stand out for their design. Architects & designers who have distinguished themselves through their groundbreaking projects and who have contributed significantly to the success and growth of the companies to which they belong.

🏆Winner's Pack
-Winning architects and industrial designers will receive the Europe 40 Under 40® Awards certificates.
-Winning architects and industrial designers may use the Europe 40 Under 40® Awards logo for marketing, merchandising and promotional purposes by the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies.
-Special newsletter with all winners to our museum contacts.
-Winning architects' and industrial designers' biographies and projects to be published in the "Next New Talented Generation of European Architects & Designers" edition of Metropolitan Arts Press Ltd.
-The official awards ceremony, together with an architectural exhibition entitled "40 Young European Architects with New Visions" of the winning projects, will open in Athens in December 2026 at European Centre-Contemporary Space Athens, Greece.
