We were so very saddened to hear of Immanuels passing. He brought fantastic energy, colour and creativity to Sphere 17 through our collaborative projects with Creative Places Darndale 🎨 Very proud to display his painting in Sphere 17 Darndale and honour his legacy in the community. A huge loss. Rest in Peace Immanuel 💫

It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Immanuel Godson, a talented local artist and valued contributor to the Bell Building at Darndale Belcamp Village Centre.

Immanuel had a true passion for painting, creativity, and the arts, using his talent not only as a form of expression but also to bring inspiration and connection within the community.

His contribution to the artistic life of the Bell Building and his presence in the local community will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him and experiencing his work.

The loss of someone so passionate, creative, and community-minded is deeply felt, and he will be greatly missed.

On behalf of everyone at Darndale Belcamp Village Centre CLG, we extend our sincere condolences to Immanuel’s family, friends, and all who knew and loved him during this incredibly difficult time.

May he Rest In Peace. 💙

Thanks for popping over to see us Naoise. We appreciate your support! Increased investment in youth work will see more young people being able to access their youth centre - a safe, warm and fit for purpose space which is no less than they deserve. For high quality youth work to continue, the the sector needs an additional €27m nationally ✊

Great to meet the crew from Sphere 17 Regional Youth Service at the Lobby Day for the National Youth Council of Ireland today. Really good work done here in often challenging circumstances; I support the NYCI's campaign for additional core funding and capital resources for youth services

We are so proud of the "Wednesday Girls" taking home a 1st place Garda Youth Award in the Community Safety category 💫🥇👏 The girls were part of a focus group with Aoibhneas Domestic Abuse Support which contributed to the development of a website called 'Want to Talk' which offers young people who may be experiencing abuse in the home or their relationship, a chance to talk, feel heard and supported 💭 Thanks to Emma and Jessica from Aoibhneas for coming along on the night to show their support to the girls! A fantastic initiative. Congratulations to everyone involved 🥳🥳

We were delighted to have our CEO Emma Reidy and Jessica Nolan who works on the Want to Talk project, in attendance to celebrate a very special evening at the Garda Youth Awards! 🌟✨

We are beyond proud of the “Wednesday Girls” from the Woodale Youth Justice Project, who took home first place in the Community Safety category!

This incredible group worked as part of a focus group with Aoibhneas Domestic Violence Charity on a project called “Want to Talk” a website designed for young people aged 12–18 experiencing abuse at home or in their relationships, offering a safe and supportive space to seek help.

Through this project, the group gained valuable insight into the barriers young people face when seeking support. They carried out meaningful research by engaging in discussions, reviewing existing services, and exploring what young people truly need from support platforms. Their work has helped shape a more accessible and youth-friendly approach to support young people. This project wouldn’t be what it is without them; their voices, ideas, and commitment have made a real and lasting impact.

Also, a special thank you to the staff of the Woodale Youth Justice Project and Sphere 17 for their contribution, guidance, and support throughout this journey!

This award is an amazing achievement and so well deserved 🏅❤️ Well done to each and every one of you! 💫
