Look Good Feel Better Ireland We put smiles on the faces of women, men and teenagers experiencing visible side effects from cancer treatment, by offering self-care and make up workshops.

The Look Good Feel Better (LGFB) programme is available in over 26 countries. Around the world, thousands of beauty professionals volunteer their time to support women going through cancer treatment by running skincare and beauty workshops in hospitals. LGFB was launched in Ireland in 2003 as a programme managed by the Irish Cancer Society and in 2013 was re-established by the ICDA as a registered

charity. We could not run our programme without the continued support of our volunteers from the beauty industry and the wonderful products from the cosmetic industry. This programme is non medical, brand neutral and lots of fun for all involved. Registered Charity in Ireland 20507

It was such a lovely day filled with colour, confidence, plenty of laughs and, of course, lots of lipstick! 💋

Join us this National Lipstick Day in support of Look Good Feel Better Ireland and help us raise vital funds while spreading awareness of the incredible work the charity does for people undergoing cancer treatment.

☀️ How to Stay Safe in the Sun ☀️

The sunshine is here 🌞 We’ve been lucky to enjoy some beautiful sunny weather recently! As you head outdoors, don’t forget to protect your skin with a few simple sun-safe habits.

Remember to:
🧴 Wear SPF 30+ (or higher) sunscreen and reapply every 2 hours.
👕 Wear protective clothing and a cap.
🕶️ Protect your eyes with UV-blocking sunglasses.
⛱️ Seek shade and limit your time in the sun, especially between 10am–4pm.
💗 Know your own skin and regularly check for any new or changing spots.

Small steps today can help protect your skin for tomorrow.

Stay sun safe and be kind to your skin. 💕

✨ Halfway Through the Year – What a Journey So Far! ✨

As we reach the midpoint of the year, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on the incredible impact we’ve made together during the first six months of 2026.

💖 Hundreds of people living with cancer have been supported through our confidence-boosting workshops.

💄 Countless skincare and beauty products have been donated by our wonderful brand partners.

🤝 Dedicated volunteers have generously given their time, expertise, and kindness to help make every workshop a welcoming and uplifting experience.

🎗️ Supporters, fundraisers, healthcare professionals, and corporate partners have continued to stand beside us, helping us reach more people when they need us most.

Every workshop delivered, every donation received, and every smile shared is a reminder of what can be achieved when a community comes together.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Look Good Feel Better Ireland so far this year. We are incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together and excited for what the rest of 2026 will bring.
