In 2022, following the publication of our strategic plan, CoisCéim introduced Pay What You Can ticket options, where audiences and participants can choose a price that works for them. Since its introduction, it's brought us no end of joy to see many new faces at our performances and projects!

ANNOUNCING: EXPANDED HABITATS - a project uniting CoisCéim with two highly experienced European partners to foster the practises of three distinctive dance artists Sara Ariotti (Italy), Despina Sanida Crezia (Greece) and Alexandra Vostokova (Ireland).

EXPANDED HABITATS builds on the learnings from CHOREOGRAPHY CONNECTS, which began in Bassano in July 2022, in a new collaboration between Ireland's CoisCéim Dance Theatre, Italy’s Mountain Museum Arte Sella and DAN.CE.E Unitiva in Greece.

The project will be accompanied by one of Europe's leading dramaturgs Monica Gillette, and kicked off TODAY with a facilitated gathering at Arte Sella!

We are so excited for this new collaboration to begin and can't wait to welcome the resident artists to Dublin in 2027!

One week since Culture Night Dublin and we're still carrying the buzz from the wonderful crowd who gathered for Simone O'Toole's performance of BENCH-7 | RAT RACE. And we just love how well Luis Mavszak captured it all!

MusicTown returns in a brand-new format this September to pay homage to one of Dublin’s greatest music icons - Phil Lynott. Browsing the programme for this year's festival we couldn't help but take a trip down memory lane to BACK IN TOWN - inspired by the lyrics and music of Phil Lynott and Thin Lizzy and presented by CoisCéim back in 1997!

Huge shout out to the Dance Archive at University of Limerick for sharing these contact sheets with us from the original photoshoot for the production, shot by Kip Carroll Plus one shot from our Fairview studio today, where Kip's shot of Karl Sullivan lives year round.
