LAST CHANCE TO BOOK!

There are only a few places left for A Corpo Libero: VR Experience & Workshop for Teenagers by Silvia Gribaudi, taking place Saturday May 10th.

Presented by Dublin Dance Festival and CoisCéim Dance Theatre. Irish Premiere. Pay What You Can.

This special event launches an exciting new performance and participation experience for teenagers.

It begins with Silvia Gribaudi’s award-winning solo A Corpo Libero, presented up close, in 180° virtual reality. Filmed live on the streets of Rijeka in Croatia, the VR experience places you right in front of Silvia as she dances, seeing everything in vivid 3D as if you are there with her.

Funny, bold and full of heart, A Corpo Libero celebrates imperfection and the freedom of being yourself. It is an uplifting and accessible introduction to the joy of contemporary dance.

Straight after the VR experience, the action moves from VR headset to studio with a high-energy workshop led by Silvia Gribaudi herself. Inspired by her bold and playful style, you will play with movement, experiment with ideas, and create your own dances.

No dance experience is needed, only curiosity and an open mind.

A partnership project between CoisCéim Dance Theatre, Croatian Cultural Centre (HKD), Pilot Media and Silvia Gribaudi / Zebra Cultural Association.

PLEASE SHARE FAR AND WIDE

Sending strength and all our support to the amazing Tobi Omoteso.

Last weekend was attacked. In his words, "That is the day the world went dark. It was the day I learned that the senseless violence you see in movies, the kind of nightmare you assume only happens to strangers, can hunt you down in your own neighbourhood"

"I got attacked and shattering glass has damaged my eyes"

Support his GO FUND ME campaign.

Creator of BENCH #4, Tobi is a leader within Ireland's dance community. A visionary dance artist, he is the curator and director of Top 8 Street Dance Battle
