Pride in Sustainability 🏳️‍🌈🌍
In this session we examine the principles of sustainability from an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) lens. We’ll consider where diversity, inclusion and staff wellbeing initiatives fit within sustainability frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

🌍❤️ Today is World AIDS Day ❤️🌍

This year’s theme, “Take the rights path: My health, my right!”, reminds us that healthcare is a human right—and everyone deserves access to the support they need to manage their health.

While progress has been made, barriers like stigma, inequality, and lack of resources still stand in the way of ending the HIV epidemic.

Today, we:
💡 Raise awareness about HIV/AIDS.
🧡 Empower individuals to take control of their health.
🤝 Advocate for equitable healthcare access for all.

Ending AIDS is possible when we ensure that no one is left behind. Let’s take the rights path and work towards a world of health and equality for everyone.

Exploring opportunities, building connections, and driving impact! We had the privilege of attending the Access Europe Showcase hosted by 🤩

It was an very uplifting event, packed with insights into the diverse funding avenues available for non-profits and socially conscious projects. Even better, it was a fantastic chance to meet and network with like-minded changemakers in the sector.💡

🌈☕ What an incredible morning at our first-ever Pride at Work Coffee Club! Thank you to everyone who joined us, both in person and online, for what was an inspiring and eye-opening discussion on the lived experience of transitioning in the workplace.

Thank you to both of our fabulous and courageous speakers, and , for sharing their powerful stories and personal insights on this hugely important topic, particularly during Trans Awareness Month.

It was also amazing to see so many of our Pride Partners come together to champion inclusivity and support for our trans and non-binary colleagues. And a huge thank you our partners and friends at for hosting us at their beautiful Docklands office! 🤩

We also had the amazing Daire from who was invaluable during the Q&A portion, educating us all as employers on how we can do better and why we should do better when creating policies that represent and protect trans workers.

On Monday, May 20th we will be taking over the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin 8 to bring together leaders from the LGBTQ+ and wider DEI sector to discuss the latest trends in DEIB training and strategy and the issues facing LGBTQ+ workers.

We’re celebrating 50 years of Dublin Pride, our Golden Jubilee, and our theme is SHINE. Shine means to give forth light, but it also means to cast light into dark places, or to restore the brilliance of things that have gotten dull. Pride celebrates the light we all hold, but it is brightest when it is shared. We invite you to shine, both in your own pride, and to be a light for those who may be in the dark right now.

Join us on Saturday June 29th and help light our march. After the Parade we have 2 amazing festival events with something for everyone.

Pride Village | A celebration of LGBTQ+ community and culture from 1.00pm to 6.00pm in Merrion Square Park. This is a free event.

Mother Club's Pride Block Party | Returning to the glorious surroundings of the National Museum, the Pride Block Party is the biggest annual Pride Party on our island and runs from 4.00pm to 11.00pm. You can book tickets here at https://ow.ly/KHQO50QZOsc

As you may know, this year we introduced our new ‘Certified Partner’ status as a way to recognise companies who have completed at least 6 Pride at Work training sessions.

What a great way to finish off such a successful year of Pride at Work by presenting the Certified Partner award to one of our longest-standing partners, Dell Technologies.

Together, in 2023, with the support of our Pride Partners, we have been able to support community events and projects all over the country, and with over 100,000 people participating in this year’s Pride Parade, we have sent a clear message that we will not allow hate to take hold in our city.

Next year, more than ever, we need to be ready to stand up, protect and celebrate not just our LGBTQ+ community but all marginalised communities across Ireland. We know that we can count on your support and that together, we will shine!

Following on from the extremely disturbing and distressing events that took place in Dublin yesterday, our team extends our deepest sympathies to the pupils, staff, parents and community at Gaelscoil Cholaiste Mhuire, and wish those injured a full, fast recovery.

Thank you to all who worked to keep Dublin safe last night, during an event that was driven by far-right ideologies, which have been on the rise in the past year.

We stand, and will continue to stand, in support of all minority communities on the island - particularly our migrant communities, those seeking international protection and people of colour living in Dublin.

Violence and hate will not divide our communities - we are stronger together than apart.

As we kick off Transgender Awareness Week here in Ireland, let's come together to shine a light on the lives and experiences of our trans and gender non-conforming friends, siblings and colleagues. 🏳️‍⚧️⚧️

This week, from November 13th to 19th, is all about understanding, supporting, and celebrating the diversity within our community. Let's pledge ourselves to not only raising awareness but also to taking tangible steps towards building our society to where transgender and gender non-conforming people are celebrated, protected, and given the respect and rights they deserve.

Remember, inclusivity is not just a concept; it's a practice we must integrate into our daily lives. So, let's stand together as allies and advocates, ensuring no one is left behind!
