The next Making Memories Café will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, 28th July, from 11am to 1pm.

This month’s guest speaker is Dr Gearoid Moynihan, Old Age Psychiatrist with the Dublin North City Mental Health Team. Dr Moynihan will speak about the role of psychiatry in dementia diagnosis and care, as well as understanding and managing anxiety.Plus there will also be music from Laura Cushen!

All are welcome to come along for a cup of tea, a chat and a welcoming morning in the community!

The next Making Memories Café will take place on Tuesday, 28th July, from 11am to 1pm.

A very special moment for the Whitehall Making Memories Café. ☕

Our Making Memories Café featured on the big screen in Croke Park during the interval of Sunday’s All-Ireland Football Quarter Finals. A wonderful recognition of an initiative that means so much to the local community.

We would like to thank Whitehall Colmcille GAA Club - Fionnbhrú Colmcille, Larkhill & District Credit Union HSE Ireland, Alzheimer's Society , . Aidan's CBS and Dublin City Council.

The café takes place on the last Tuesday of each month in the Whitehall Colmcille clubhouse, offering a warm and welcoming space for people living with dementia and their carers to meet, chat and connect.

Well done to everyone involved, especially the volunteers who help make the café such a supportive and welcoming place each month.
