Communicating the message of equality and inclusion is the first step to education and education is the first step to change.

We welcome diversity and want to bring the conversation of equality to the dinner table in every Irish home, every school and every workplace.

Part of that conversation is the celebration of different culture, ethnicity, race and gender. We want to generate inclusion through celebration.

Acknowledging the role we all play in moving towards a brighter Ireland for all, we will be working on a number of projects to support diversity in businesses and generate greater awareness of the imperative role businesses play in establishing an inclusive society for now and for our future.

We are all learning and CHIRP is learning with you. Keep the information coming, keep the fire of this conversation lit and together, we can all be part of a great shift towards a diverse, inclusive and kind Ireland.
