A huge congratulations to the unstoppable Janet and the team at Yibu by Janet on a fantastic review in The Irish Times!

The review highlights Yibu’s hand-pulled noodles, homemade dumplings, creative cocktails and, of course, the warmth and energy Janet brings to every table. Open only since mid-June, the restaurant has already become so popular that it has expanded into a second dining room — an incredible achievement in such a short time.

Stephen from shares how the SPADE Shared Kitchen has supported the growth of their brilliant independent speciality coffee business.

Since opening in 2018, Copper + Straw has grown to four locations while building a reputation for quality coffee and a thoughtful customer experience. Their next step was to create a food range that matched those same high standards. Since joining SPADE, they have developed their own baked and savoury offering, built a growing production team and are now preparing to move into a dedicated kitchen on the SPADE campus.

We’re incredibly proud to see an ambitious local business like Copper + Straw continue to grow, create new jobs and develop something distinctly its own.

SPADE Food Enterprise Hub offers established food businesses a professional, fully equipped production space in Dublin city centre, with commercial-grade equipment, secure storage, flexible access and dedicated space for NPD, trials, overflow production and full-time anchor tenancy.
