Great work from all the kids this week.

The reason i wanted to put on these free kids classes was to try and help them with their confidence and self belief, and when I see them walking out the door after their class with a smile on their face it really make it worth while.

This is where it all started 12 years ago.
Ger Conroy Fitness was a small fitness studio to start, but with the support of the community we have been able to turn it into a big commercial gym that offers a huge range of fitness classes, pin loaded machines, plate loaded machines, free weights, a functional area, showers and saunas.

None of this would be possible without our members, team and the whole community and we really do appreciate all the support we have been given.

If you are someone who is looking to get fit, healthy and meet like minded people then drop in and we can help you get started!

Great work from all our members in last night classes!

Coach Nate was very impressed with the effort from everyone in our Mulhuddart Village gym at all 3 classes,
4.30pm Kettlebell Strength
6pm BoxFit
7pm Strength +

There’s nothing better than seeing like minded people coming into the gym to improve their life through fitness
