🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Ballyogan Couch to 5K Update! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Our Ballyogan Couch to 5K is going from strength to strength, and we're delighted with the fantastic turnout and community spirit each week!

Due to the success of the group, we're adding an extra session on Mondays, starting 15th June.

We're now into our second week and it's been fantastic to see so many people coming together to support each other on their running journey.

Whether you've never run before or you're looking to get back into fitness, there's still plenty of time to join us. Everyone is welcome, and we go at a pace that suits all abilities.
