Voting takes place on Sunday 3pm Liberty Park.

So far we have 12 individuals from our community who have been nominated, contacted and accepted their nomination.

Liberty Park Family and Monto Community Weekend begins this Friday, the 23rd of August, Saturday, the 24th and finishes on Sunday, the 25th of August.

There will be Fancy Dress Competition, Glamorous Granny, Mayor of the Monto, Football, Tug Of War, Diamond Mile Race, Egg and Spoon Race, Three Legged Race. There will be exhibitions from local boxing clubs, Sean McDermott Street / IFSC Taekwon-Do School, and our world dance champion, Arkins Dance Academy.

All activities and food vendors are FREE, yes, FREE ice cream, candy floss, popcorn and Hog Dogs. Also, we'll have a sensory area and a Senco sensory solution bus and van over the next three days.
