The Patrick Story

The Patrick Story explores life's big questions through the lens of St Patrick's journey. Let's start the conversation! ☘️ So – What’s The Story? What’s the Story?

launched on 22 Sept 2022 and is about ordinary people sharing their stories with others. Regular people questioning, connecting, engaging & sharing together. A main objective of the project is helping people to find answers to tough questions about life and what we as Irish people value, where we find hope, what our purpose is. Questions about evidence, truth, and even if Christianity is more of a

problem or solution in all this. Six stories of individuals from around Ireland are featured on our website ( www.whatsthestory22.ie ) already and we would like you to hear more from local people in your area through the other core aim of What’s the Story? – to connect people with local communities and churches around the country who have explored these questions and want to open up spaces for people to come and question, connect, engage, and share. You can find more resources in the Big 6 Questions and Answers Series to watch and read about some of these questions, and information to connect you with events happening in your local area. Who We are:
What’s the Story? is run by volunteers around Ireland and is proud to be a force for positive transformation. We formed a committee to run the initiative and have been delighted with the support of hundreds of people, community groups and churches who have contributed to this crowdfunded project. Thanks to the many volunteers and to committee members: Peter (Dublin), Mayke & Cornel (Midlands), Donald (Antrim), Nick (Drogheda), John (Clare), Isabel (Waterford), Paudge (Mayo) & David (Dublin). The committee and the groups participating in the project come from a diverse range of church backgrounds and are united on core Christian & biblical values.

Chancelle lived in survival mode, overthinking, second-guessing, bracing for what might go wrong.

Until she discovered that freedom isn’t the absence of fear, it’s learning who holds you in the middle of it. Through God, she found a peace that didn’t depend on circumstances.

If you’re tired of being ruled by fear, or you’re searching for a place to belong, visit our website and connect with a local church. (Link in bio)

PatrickStory exists to help people across Ireland find true freedom through God and connection with their local church. Purpose isn’t meant to be lived alone—church is a community where people support each other, grow together, and discover the life God intended.

So, what is church? It’s a place to belong, to learn, and to live out your God-given purpose alongside others.

PatrickStory exists to help people across Ireland find true freedom through God and connection with their local church. True freedom begins when we discover our identity in Christ—but that’s not meant to happen alone.

So, what is church? It’s a community where people learn who they are in God, support each other, and grow into the life He intended.
