This video provides irrefutable evidence about how two employees of "An Post Or, In The English Language, The Post Office" ("An Post") in Castleknock, Dublin 15, Dublin, Ireland, victimized a public service user with pernicious harassment, threatening, intimidating, offensive, degrading, abusive, rude and disrespectful treatment; and [mis]application of different rules to comparable situations and [mis]application of the same rule to different situations in breach of equal treatment on the ground of racial or ethnic origin when the said public service user availed of a public service on 12-DEC-2024 at 17:24 Hours GMT during the Post Office published opening hours [i.e. 09:00 to 17:30 Hours GMT]. As per the publication https://youtu.be/xv_bB27QqcE The European Court of Justice ("The ECJ") overturned the EU General Court's revised decision [mentioned in the publications https://youtu.be/17XvwYNQinI, https://youtu.be/VQa8Kpxea3w and https://youtu.be/CJAHwoYZAcE ] that apparently [mis]treated with disproportionate prejudice, the initial unbiased, impartial, independent and competent Findings of Primary Facts "State aid: Ireland gave illegal tax benefits to Apple worth up to €13 billion" established by the EU Commission on 30-AUG-2016, despite that the aforesaid EU Commission's decision conscientiously applied the legal standards on the application of fairness and equal treatment issued by The ECJ since the years 1984, 1990 and 1995, which all persons concerned in the EU are obliged to apply however the said An Post Castleknock recalcitrant employees disproportionately failed to apply the said principles of equal treatment, fair procedures and natural justice on the ground of racial or ethnic origin on 12-DEC-2024 when one of its prejudiced, abusive and rude male cashier had put up the notice “Sorry this position is closed” in front of him and without any form of provocation on the part of the said service user, the aforesaid An Post cashier looked at him hatefully as he shouted, “...We are closed...you won't be served...”.
