Mr. Yves Sakila was apparently denied the right of the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in accordance with the Due Process and Due Procedure used only by a duly constituted Court of competent jurisdiction who applies Due Care and Due Diligence to the Due Process and Due Procedure of issuing an unbiased, impartial, independent and competent decision regarding the determination of any substantive allegation made against the said accused person who was summarily executed without trial by an unauthorized mob as is clear in this video in

An audio and video related to the publication https://youtube.com/shorts/svro3q8Hc-s that presents the notice that a service user served upon the said An Post abusive male employee that in view of his lies told for power and profit, another Complaint shall be lodged against him [i.e. An Post / his employer / employment provider]. It would appear that after the said service user disclosed openly an estimate of prior Complaints lodged against An Post [including Castleknock Post Office], the said An Post abusive male employee retreated a little bit from his verbal assault and denial of service act and omission having victimized the said service user multiple times with undue delay, harassment, discriminatory, abusive and unfair treatment in breach of equal treatment and fair procedures on the ground of racial or ethnic origin. Also, it would seem that the other two persons behind the said service user in the queue who the said An Post abusive male employee plausibly denied service, was done only as a make believe, manipulative and fraudulent attempt to cover up the facts and evidence about the said An Post [abusive male employee's] premeditated acts of pernicious harassment, victimization, discriminatory and unfair treatment that An Post singled me the said service user out for apparently based on a pretext and false pretense with impunity in breach of equal treatment on the ground of racial or ethnic origin, and as a direct and indirect Statutory response to the said service user who had issued a prior notice to another competent authority of competent jurisdiction regarding other proceedings.

An audio on 12-DEC-2024 related to the publication https://youtube.com/shorts/svro3q8Hc-s that presents the appearance of the said An Post prejudiced employee telling lies for power and profit in an apparently lame duck response to the reasonable assertions of the customers' rights of the other two persons behind a said service user in the queue. The said abusive An Post male cashier stated that “...the Post Office (i.e. his employer) doesn't listen, they wouldn't careless...the onus is on us to control the queue in some way – i.e. as An Post Castknock did via [mis]application of different rules to comparable situations and selective treatment in breach of fair procedures and equal treatment on the ground of racial or ethnic origin – ” with a reckless disregard for the rule of law and An Post Customer Service Charter. The said An Post Castleknock employee's purported issue is not one any person or Customer should deal with. The said service user who was first treated with denial of service informed the said abusive An Post male employee that "I would like to know who instructed you to attack me today (i.e. 12-DEC-2024) since I lodged a number of Complaints against you" to which the said An Post employee replied with more malicious lies when he unreasonably and falsely alleged that the said service user shouted at him however the said service user refuted him immediately “...he is lying for power and profit...” since there is irrefutable evidence about the abuse of the said An Post employee. The said service user stated further for the benefit of the two persons in the queue that “...I did not even talk to the said An Post abusive male employee at all when I stepped into the said Post Office whereas he started his abuse and I had lodged about five different Complaints against him and that each time he misbehaves I don't even respond to him since I would simply lodge a Complaint against him afterwards...”

This video provides irrefutable evidence about how two employees of "An Post Or, In The English Language, The Post Office" ("An Post") in Castleknock, Dublin 15, Dublin, Ireland, victimized a public service user with pernicious harassment, threatening, intimidating, offensive, degrading, abusive, rude and disrespectful treatment; and [mis]application of different rules to comparable situations and [mis]application of the same rule to different situations in breach of equal treatment on the ground of racial or ethnic origin when the said public service user availed of a public service on 12-DEC-2024 at 17:24 Hours GMT during the Post Office published opening hours [i.e. 09:00 to 17:30 Hours GMT]. As per the publication https://youtu.be/xv_bB27QqcE The European Court of Justice ("The ECJ") overturned the EU General Court's revised decision [mentioned in the publications https://youtu.be/17XvwYNQinI, https://youtu.be/VQa8Kpxea3w and https://youtu.be/CJAHwoYZAcE ] that apparently [mis]treated with disproportionate prejudice, the initial unbiased, impartial, independent and competent Findings of Primary Facts "State aid: Ireland gave illegal tax benefits to Apple worth up to €13 billion" established by the EU Commission on 30-AUG-2016, despite that the aforesaid EU Commission's decision conscientiously applied the legal standards on the application of fairness and equal treatment issued by The ECJ since the years 1984, 1990 and 1995, which all persons concerned in the EU are obliged to apply however the said An Post Castleknock recalcitrant employees disproportionately failed to apply the said principles of equal treatment, fair procedures and natural justice on the ground of racial or ethnic origin on 12-DEC-2024 when one of its prejudiced, abusive and rude male cashier had put up the notice “Sorry this position is closed” in front of him and without any form of provocation on the part of the said service user, the aforesaid An Post cashier looked at him hatefully as he shouted, “...We are closed...you won't be served...”.
