Join us this Saturday 27th April at 9.30am for 5k Your Way at the Marlay parkrun ; You'll find us near the start line in our blue t-shirts and we'll be covering the course at a gentle pace - plenty of time for chats!

5k Your way is an initiative provided by MOVEcharity.org. We are a cancer support group with a difference.
🔷We take part in the parkrun on the last Saturday of the month and do as much as we can - there is no pressure.
🔷You can walk, run, or cheer - after we socialise with a coffee and cake.
🥰 ANYONE is welcome! People living with cancer, people recovering from cancer, friends and family as well as health care professionals.

5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer gives anyone impacted by cancer a chance to learn from and support each other.

Our groups are meeting in one week on Saturday 25th March at designated parkruns accross the UK and Ireland and we'd love to see you there.

Our ambassadors will be there in blue waiting for you. 💙
