🟡 The Professional Certificate in Service Design is back!

Service Design is a vital skillset for addressing the challenges of today’s experience economy.

🚀 Service designers are uniquely equipped to develop innovative solutions to complex systemic and societal issues; crafting experiences that respond to the diverse needs of multiple users and stakeholders and transforming industries in the process.

Co-created with (CFA) at the National College of Art & Design (), this six-week blended programme equips you with the core principles, methods and tools of service design to help you excel in your future career.

Through the lenses of People, Data and Systems, the certificate:

♻️Interested in sustainability and circular design?

Our DfSCE grad, Stephen Ledwidge, brand strategist and founder of Chart, a design studio specialising in brand identity and strategy, shared his journey into sustainability with us.

Stephen believes that designers have a responsibility to create work that benefits both people and planet and this ethos led him to a leadership role with .

In this interview, he also discusses how establishing Chart as a values-driven studio has helped drive meaningful change and how our Certificate in Design for Sustainability and Circular Economies (DfSCE) has influenced his practice - strengthening his knowledge, supporting more confident client conversations and embedding a practical, systematic sustainability mindset into his projects.
