We were blessed today with good weather when we visited the learning more about the abundance of health benefits in nature.
Don't forget we have Slimway with Bernie tomorrow at 10.

Windmill Players are presenting an outdoor immersive performance in Sligo Folk Park, Riverstown on Saturday at 7.30pm and in Castle Dargan Hotel on Sunday at 7.30pm called Spreading the News : Under the Sligo Skies.

The rain poured, the wind howled but we still had a week full of activities. Chair yoga, Kurling, Walking for All , and a visit to the Herbalist apothecary where we all came away with a healing balm and a better understanding of nature.
Next week we have, Chair yoga Monday 11 to 12 and Wednesday 12.30 to 1.30. Village walk, kurling and walking football Tuesday 11.00am. We then have a group visit to the Famine Museum on Wednesday, 🤞for a dry day to enjoy the walled gardens and acres of woodland.
