STRONGER THROUGH CONNECTION 💜

One of the most powerful things about being part of a business network is knowing you don’t have to build your business alone.

Network Ireland Louth brings together women from across our county and beyond – entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and leaders at every stage of their journey.

It’s a community where we can share experiences, exchange ideas, celebrate successes and support one another through the challenges that come with building a career or business.

Sometimes one conversation can lead to a new idea.
One introduction can open a new door.
And one supportive connection can make all the difference.

That’s what building a strong network is all about. 💜

Here’s to continuing to connect, collaborate and champion the incredible women in our business community.

💜 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT | Aoife Dillon – SeaSaLT Speech & Language Therapy 💜

This week, we’re delighted to shine our Member Spotlight on Aoife Dillon, founder of SeaSaLT Speech & Language Therapy.

🌊 Supporting the communication needs of families.

Aoife is a CORU-registered Speech & Language Therapist providing compassionate, evidence-based support to children, adults and their families.

SeaSaLT was born from both professional expertise and personal experience. Having navigated the challenges of accessing speech and language support for her own child, Aoife understands first-hand how overwhelming that journey can be for families – and the difference that timely, appropriate support can make.

Through SeaSaLT, Aoife provides individualised speech, language and communication assessment and therapy, working with families to ensure support is practical, accessible and centred around the needs of the individual.

Aoife is also passionate about making communication support more accessible within the wider community. Her Block of Hope initiative enables local businesses to sponsor blocks of speech and language therapy for individuals and families who may otherwise face financial barriers to accessing support.

We’re very proud to have Aoife as part of our Network Ireland Louth community and to shine a light on the important work she is doing. 💜

Friday, 18th September was a night to remember as Network Ireland Louth travelled to the beautiful Galmont Hotel in Galway for the 2026 Network Ireland Businesswoman of the Year Awards! 🥂
An evening filled with celebration, inspiration and the opportunity to recognise the incredible achievements of businesswomen from across Ireland.
We were immensely proud to have six outstanding women representing our Louth Branch on the national stage, and what a night it was!

And a huge congratulations to our wonderful national finalists, Rebecca McDermott, Joan McCann and Cathy Chiduza, who represented Louth so brilliantly in their respective categories.
To all six of you, your achievements, determination and passion are an inspiration to our entire branch. We are so proud of each and every one of you! 💜

But beyond the awards themselves, what made the evening so special was the sense of community, the friendships, the encouragement and the genuine joy of celebrating one another's successes.
From the excitement of the awards ceremony to the celebrations that followed, it was a wonderful reminder of what Network Ireland is all about – supporting, empowering and championing women in business.

And perhaps one of the loveliest things to come out of the weekend? Hearing some of our finalists already talking about which categories they might enter next year!
