The Irish Red Cross Drogheda Unit had a fantastic time supporting the St. Patrick’s Day Parade here in Drogheda. It was wonderful to see such a great turnout, with colourful floats, music, and community groups bringing the town to life.

A big thank you to the organisers and everyone who took part in such a brilliant parade. We would also like to thank our colleagues from Order of Malta Ireland - Ambulance Corps - Drogheda and St John Ambulance Drogheda for their support and teamwork throughout the days

A big thank you to everyone who organised and ran the Age Friendly Louth Road Safety & Community Safety Event at The Marcy Hotel, Drogheda today.

we were delighted to be part of the event and to have a stand there. It was great to meet so many people, chat with attendees, and share information and advice alongside so many fantastic organisations. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and full of community spirit, and it was clear how much work went into making the day such a success.

A special thanks to all the agencies, volunteers and organisers — including the Road Safety Authority, An Garda Síochána, Louth Fire & Rescue Service and everyone else involved — for giving their time and support.

Events like this really show the value of communities coming together to share knowledge, support each other and promote safety. Well done to everyone involved 👏
