West Cork Chevals bring together horse riders and trap drivers to raise money for local good causes.

West Cork Chevals bring together horse riders and trap drivers to undertake measured road journeys through the most scenic routes in West Cork raising money for local charities and schools. Stopping off for refreshments at various points along the route, children can mix and take photographs with the horses in the company of family and friends while safe oversight is maintained by dedicated ride and road stewards.

📣Two exciting bits of news for everyone our AGM will be taking place on Tuesday September 1st in Drimoleague Hall dates for the upcoming Chevals will be picked at the AGM so please make sure to attend if you plan on hosting this year!

📣Secondly we are having a social night on Saturday the 26th of September in Mc Carthy’s Bar Drimoleague everyone is welcome to join for food,drink,music and craic!🎶 and we’ll be looking forward to getting back in action!🐎

our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time🤍

An absolute gentleman both on and off a horse.
Shane will be truly missed.💔a huge loss.
