World Mental Health Day takes place on 10th October.

To mark the day, we are sharing two posters highlighting a range of HSE approved online mental health supports:

The supports are in 4 levels, ranging from general information, self-help and more personalised support, right up to interactive support and counselling services for those with greater needs.

The posters are interactive, with clickable links when viewed online. If the posters are printed, the QR code can be used to open the online version and access the links directly.

You can even bring along a water sample from your own local river or stream to be tested.
