This Men's Health Week, we're encouraging men of all ages to take one positive step to improve their health and wellbeing.

Here is a snapshot of 2025 in after our AGM took place on 4th June 2026.

Out of many highlights in 2025 I would like to acknowledge the opening of the Downstrands shop and share charity shop and The Barrie Quinn Support Fund. Thank you to Maria Rafferty and Barrie Quinn for entrusting the FRC with these projects.

I would like to thank our amazing staff, volunteers, counselling team, facilitators, participants, VBOM and funders along with anyone else who played a part in the success of 2025.

Family resource centres are a fantastic resource in any community and it is always a great privlage to provide support across Glenties, Ardara and Portnoo.
