Carrigaline Fiver Fitclub fitness class held in the Carrigaline community park on Saturdays at 9.30 am .

It's run by local Personal Trainer aand gym instructor, Eamonn Shannon
cost €5 and 100% goes to charity Helping people achieve healthy active lifestyles within our community while donating 100% fees to Mary's Meals children's charity

Thank you so so much for turning up every Saturday in the community park
Yer continued support has fed 82 children at school for a year.
Our goals are to bring more people to fiver fitclub every Saturday and have more money to send to feed the children through this wonderful charity.

It's the usual time of 9.30. We will be starting back with kettlebell.

After a summer break... keep an eye here for announcement on our return date. We were hoping to start this Saturday the 3rd but the next couple of Saturdays are busy so it'll be more towards the end of the month because we get started. We'll let you know the date when we're sure 🙂🙂🙂
