Day 7 ✅ | 350km run across both sides of the Atlantic
We finished yesterday in Cork, and we’re still taking it all in.

This past week has been one we’ll never forget. Not for the distance or the exhaustion, but for the kindness we’ve been shown every step of the way.

To everyone who came out to run with us, offered a meal, sent a message, helped with sponsorship, or simply showed up - thank you. Your support meant more than we can say.

We’ve now raised over €36,000 for the Irish Cancer Society, and we’re so grateful to each and every person who contributed.

It’s been a long road, but one full of heart.

🚀 The buzz has been unreal - so many of you across different cities have asked about routes & times 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ so we’ve put together a provisional timetable!

✨ We’ll be posting updates with confirmed times later in the week. Between transatlantic flights, trains, and a few other moving parts, we’re crossing our fingers these times hold 🤞.

Massive thanks to Reggie for the shout from his Blackrock Road mansion 🏰👏 We’ll be crawling past on the last day - promise we won’t be acting the langer and we’ll stay in by the wall 💨😂 No roaring outside the gates or lowering the tone of the neighbourhood… fair play for the support boy, you’re a gent.

We’re honoured to have Folor Construction as a sponsor of Run for Research. Based in New York, Folor has been a monumental part of making this challenge a reality for us, and we’re deeply grateful for their support.

A special thank you goes to Folor’s owner, John Dowling, whose backing has been instrumental, as well as to members of his outstanding team - including Irishmen , Gunn, , , Darren Talbot, and - whose encouragement means so much.

It feels especially fitting to have the support of a company with such strong ties to both New York and Cork, as we set out to run between two of the greatest cities on the planet.
