NEW adult Morning singing group starting in September 2026 in Glouthaune Community Hall. 🎵☀️ Start your Tuesday mornings at 11.30am with the Sound of Song & become apart of the hummingbird chorus. Experience all the wonderful experience singing has to offer.

Choral conductor Rachel O Brien will be leading this singing group. Rachel is an experienced conductor and singing teacher. She is conductor of the Sonatinas Choir (Glounthaune/Glanmire), The Hill Harmonics (Watergrasshill) & and The City of Cork Male Voice Choir.

☯ Tai Chi & Qigong Summer Retreat 2026 ☯
This year's summer retreat takes place on Saturday 15th August at the Glounthaune Community Centre, Glounthaune Village, Cork, T45 K124, from 10am to 4pm.

☯ All of the practices we will explore seek to nourish our Being at deep levels, by re-setting the nervous system, easing stress, opening gentle opportunities to learn and transform, and by cultivating a felt sense of safety, contentment, connection, peace and health. And fun too!

☯ This day of retreat includes slow meditative movements from the Tai Chi and Qigong traditions, Yoga Nidra and restorative meditations.

☯ Delicious lunch, snacks, teas & coffee provided.
