I'm delighted to have gotten such incredible feedback we received after our Feb/March mindfulness course!
Today, we kicked off a brand new 4 wk class at The Hub Fermoy.
I always tell my students- mindfulness isn't just a practice; it's a way of being in the world.
While we use meditation as a tool, the goal isn't to become “good at meditating" -it's to become “better at living”. By being present moment by moment without judgment, we learn to understand our thoughts, emotions & behaviors rather than being controlled by them. We explore mental patterns & tools to help you live more intentionally.
