A great evening yesterday had by all.
Thanks a million to Liam Ryan, Ryan’s SuperValu, Glanmire for sponsoring our lovely Food, to Matt our DJ, to our wonderful Santa for calling to see us all and to Mayfield GAA Club for their great venue and service.

Whether you're into sea swimming🏊, cold plunging 🥶, or surfing 🏄‍♀️, here are a few tips to help you get started:

✅ Check the tides before getting in.
✅ Always wear a brightly coloured swim cap.
✅ Enter the water slowly to avoid cold water shock.
✅ Never swim alone
✅ Warm up fast before you get too cold.
