A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful knitters of the Midleton Library Tuesday Morning Group for inviting Linda along to speak about Blankets of Hope. ๐Ÿ’›

We are incredibly grateful for your amazing support and for the beautiful handmade blankets and toys you have so generously created. Every stitch represents time, care and kindness, and these thoughtful gifts will bring great comfort to those who receive them.

A special thank you to Mary, Margaret, Sharon and Vericona, whom we previously had the pleasure of meeting at our centre, and to all the lovely ladies in the group.

Your generosity and community spirit mean so much to us. Thank you for helping us share warmth, comfort and hope. ๐Ÿงถ๐Ÿงธ๐Ÿ’•

๐ŸƒOur Connect and Flourish is back today from 10.30am.

Join James for a gentle and welcoming morning of mindfulness as we explore the role of judgement in our daily lives.

So often we find ourselves judging our thoughts, emotions, ourselves, or othersโ€”often without even noticing. Through guided mindfulness practices, reflection, and discussion, we'll learn how to recognise these patterns with kindness and curiosity, creating space for greater self-awareness, compassion, and ease.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or have an established practice, this morning offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and discover a more accepting way of being.

Enjoy time for reflection, discussion, and exploration.
This is a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and others.
Come as you are.
