Doors open from 5.15pm: Networking and Nibbles. Plenary to begin at 5.45pm.

These big members' gatherings happen only a couple of times a year and it's a moment to gather, network and help shape the network.

International Protection Solidarity Grant for Local Advocacy Projects

STAD is a coalition of organisations who work to make life for those living in Direct Provision Centres better. STAD currently have funding of up to €7,000 for Local Advocacy Grants and would like to choose several projects/individuals to support.

Maybe you teach people how to speak English or work to integrate residents into your local tidy towns committee. We're looking for creative and innovative ideas that really make a difference to people's lives.

🏆 The Waters and Communities Special Award welcomes applications that showcase how Tidy Towns groups have promoted and championed water stewardship in their local waterbody – a local stream, river, estuary, canal, lake, beach or coastal area.

In particular, this special award encourages initiatives where the naturalness of the waterbody is protected or enhanced through the work of a Tidy Towns group.

The Open Rivers Programme was created to restore European rivers that have become heavily fragmented due to the proliferation of in-stream barriers. It provides grants to support projects aimed at removing small dams and restoring river flow and biodiversity.

These efforts align with the Programme’s mission to restore endangered European rivers by supporting interventions that lead to the removal of small dams and the restoration of river flow and biodiversity.

Cork City PPN Induction for PPN Members

Are you already a Cork City PPN member but would like to understand better what it is and how it works?

The more informed PPN members are about the PPN, Representative roles, and the resources available to them and the network of peers they are a part of, the more empowered they'll feel and the more effective their contributions for the collective are likely to be.
