Where residents choose to live, work and to visit. In 1996 Community-Based Estate Management was established in Moyross. Residents groups were set up in each park and 2 elected representatives from each of the residents groups as well as members of statutory (e.g. Limerick City Council, the Gardai) and community bodies were nominated to establish the Moyross Residents Forum. It is a means of commu

Forum meetings are held once a month to formulate plans and proposals which effect, the everyday living and quality of life of the residents. A development worker is employed to support the work of the Forum. We have elected officers β Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary.
